How do I choose my sizing?
You can either use your made-to-measure scan for a personal fit, or select from standard EU sizes. For the most precise and comfortable result, we recommend made-to-measure.
How do I use my made-to-measure scans?
If you've already scanned your feet in our app, your saved measurements appear in the made-to-measure tab. If not, simply scan the QR code shown here (when logged in) to download the app, complete your scan, and then return to select it.
Can I update or change my sizing later?
Yes. You can add a new scan at any time, and it will automatically appear in your account. Or, if you prefer, you can always switch to standard sizes, though made-to-measure will provide the most personalized fit.

In case there are any areas of discomfort, we offer you the possibility to send back your shoes to our shoemakers with your feedback and we will adjust the shape of the shoes again.

Return policy:
Instead of a standard return policy, we offer an adjustment service—an additional iteration of fitting to ensure maximum comfort. There is no refund policy.
To facilitate any necessary adjustments, we kindly ask that you keep the original packaging.
