In case there are any areas of discomfort, we offer you the possibility to send back your shoes to our shoemakers with your feedback and we will adjust the shape of the shoes again.

Return policy:

Instead of a standard return policy, we offer an adjustment service—an additional iteration of fitting to ensure maximum comfort.

To facilitate any necessary adjustments, we kindly ask that you keep the original packaging.
