How do I file a change request (fit, quality, other)?
In your Order History, select the order and click Change Request. You can choose:
• Fitting Problem (shoe too narrow/wide in specific areas)
• Quality Problem (defect noticed on delivery)
• Other Issue (any additional concerns).
What counts as a quality problem?
A quality problem refers to an issue present at delivery—for example, stitching errors, sole defects, or finishing inconsistencies. In such cases, we will review and resolve the matter promptly.
What if the damage is caused by use?
Wear and tear, water damage, or misuse are not covered. For such cases, we recommend consulting a trusted cobbler.
Do you offer repairs or refurbishing?
Not yet, though we are working with partners to provide this service. In the meantime, our shoes are constructed to be serviceable by local cobblers, ensuring long life with proper care.
How do I care for my shoes?
We recommend brushing regularly with a soft brush, conditioning the leather periodically, and storing them with the included shoe trees. Avoid direct heat and moisture to preserve the leather's natural qualities.
