We launch our company with lead times of under three months. As your personal shoemaker and for ecological reasons, we have designed our packaging for reuse in case you wish to purchase a refurbishment bundle later in the shoes lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which shoe styles are available now?

At launch, we offer handcrafted Derby shoes, a timeless essential for business and formal wear. Soon we will expand our collection to include Oxford shoes, with further models to follow as our line grows.

Do you offer both standard sizes and made-to-measure?

Yes. Our hallmark is Made-to-Measure, crafted precisely to your personal foot measurements via our scanning app. However, you may also order in standard EU sizes if you prefer.

How does the smartphone scanning app work?

Our iOS and Android app guides you through capturing images of your feet from specific angles. To ensure accuracy, you will need a sheet of paper in A4 or US Letter format placed on the floor as a reference. From these images, our technology creates a personal 3D last, which serves as the foundation for your pair.

How long does production take?

Production currently requires up to three months. We are actively refining our processes to significantly reduce this timeframe in the future.

How do I place an order?

Browse our online shop, choose your model, and use the configurator to design your pair. Once complete, simply proceed to checkout and confirm your order.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna where available.

Where do you currently ship?

We currently deliver to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Which materials and leathers do you use?

We work exclusively with premium Italian leathers, selected for durability, comfort, and refined aesthetics.

What happens if my shoes don't fit after delivery?

If adjustments are needed, simply submit a change request in your Order History. Our shoemakers will review your notes, adjust the fit based on your feedback, and refit your shoes at our workshop.

How do I submit a change request for fitting issues?

Log into your account, go to Order History, and open your order. There, choose Change Request → Fitting Problem and indicate where the shoes felt too narrow or too wide. Our workshop will refine your pair to ensure the fit meets your expectations.
