How does the smartphone scanning app work?
Our iOS and Android app guides you through capturing images of your feet from specific angles. To ensure accuracy, you will need a sheet of paper in A4 or US Letter format placed on the floor as a reference. From these images, our technology creates a personal 3D last, which serves as the foundation for your pair.
Which devices are supported?
The app is available for both iOS and Android smartphones. All you need is your device's camera and a few minutes in a well-lit space.
Can I order shoes without scanning?
Yes, you can. While we recommend scanning for the perfect fit, you may select standard EU sizes directly in the configurator.
What if I make a mistake while scanning?
If you believe your scan may be inaccurate, please contact us before placing your order. Should the shoes arrive and not fit correctly, you can submit a Fitting Problem change request (see below) and we will refine them accordingly.
What happens if my shoes don't fit after delivery?
If adjustments are needed, simply submit a change request in your Order History. Our shoemakers will review your notes, adjust the fit based on your feedback, and refit your shoes at our workshop.
How do I submit a change request for fitting issues?
Log into your account, go to Order History, and open your order. There, choose Change Request → Fitting Problem and indicate where the shoes felt too narrow or too wide. Our workshop will refine your pair to ensure the fit meets your expectations.
