3. Contract Conclusion 

By clicking the 'Order now' button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded when we send you an email confirming your order. 

4. Product and Service Descriptions 

Forma Prior provides individually tailored shoes, custom-crafted in our Hungarian workshop based on your personal smartphone scan. The style of each shoe is individually configured by you using our online configurator. 

5. Pricing and Payment Terms 

All prices displayed on our website include VAT. Payment methods accepted are specified during the order process. Payment is due upon placing your order. 

6. Delivery Terms 

Delivery times are indicated during the ordering process. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, delivery typically takes approximately 3 months from order confirmation. 

7. Cancellation and Return Policy 

As our shoes are individually custom-made to your specifications, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or return. We offer an adjustment service — an additional iteration of fitting to ensure maximum comfort. 

8. Warranty (Gewährleistung) 

You have statutory warranty rights for two years from the receipt of your shoes. If your shoes do not fit correctly upon delivery, please contact us to arrange adjustments. 

9. Liability Clause 

We are liable for damages according to statutory provisions. Liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, provided these breaches do not affect essential contractual obligations or damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. 

10. Data Protection 

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. For details, please see our Privacy Policy. 

11. Dispute Resolution 

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform accessible at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. 

12. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence.
